SHIPPING POLICY
After payment confirmation, the order goes through the picking, checking, and packaging process, which can take 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery time varies according to the customer's region and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. Before finalizing the order, the system automatically informs the estimated delivery time.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Glow in Pure aims to guarantee customer satisfaction, following the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code. Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving their order. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and proof of purchase. In cases of defects, damage, or shipping errors, Glow in Pure will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For requests due to buyer's remorse or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs. After analysis and approval of the return, the refund will be processed according to the payment method used for the purchase, respecting the deadlines of the financial institutions. To initiate the process, the customer must contact customer service, providing their name, order number, and reason for the request.
